Bremont Watch Company Limited in London’s Mayfair is seeking a Sales Associate who will be the first expression of the Bremont brand. You will advise discerning clients with expertise, build lasting relationships, and uphold a boutique defined by precision, warmth and high standards.

As Brand ambassador and advisor, you will exceed monthly budgets through consultative sales, maintain client books, and contribute to events. High-value client experience and discretion are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, watches, or high-end hospitality.
• Proven ability to build repeat client relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassadorship on the shop floor and at events, maintaining Bremont standards.
• Lead consultative client conversations to identify and match pieces.
• Develop personal client books and proactive outreach for relationships.
• Deliver first-class service across pre-sale to after-sales interactions.
• Maintain boutique standards in presentation, packaging and hospitality.
• Support events, trunk shows and partnerships to drive footfall and sales.
• Uphold security, GDPR, and data protection in all client interactions.
