Bremont Watch Company is seeking a Sales Associate for its Mayfair Flagship. The role focuses on representing the brand with excellence, advising a discerning clientele, and sustaining a boutique defined by precision, warmth and standards.

You will build enduring relationships, deliver consultative selling, manage post-sale care, and contribute to events and clienteling initiatives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, watches or high-end hospitality.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Strong written and spoken communication with a refined, discreet style.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand ambassador on the shop floor, in events and private appointments.
• Lead consultative conversations to identify client needs and guide to the right piece.
• Develop a personal client book and maintain regular, personalized outreach.
