Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London’s Mayfair seeks an Entertainment & Luxury Sales Manager to drive revenue across entertainment, luxury, and group segments. You will work with the Director of Sales to grow high-end accounts and establish the property as a premier luxury experience.

As part of the pre-opening team, you will build awareness, secure key accounts, and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Events, F&B, Reservations, and Operations to deliver unforgettable client

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in entertainment or luxury sales in hotels or luxury travel.
• Established international relationships in entertainment and luxury sectors.
• Proven track record selling transient and group business in these markets.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Confident presenter and communicator.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Deep knowledge of the London luxury market and Mayfair standards.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue growth across Entertainment & Luxury segments.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of Entertainment & Luxury accounts.
• Identify and convert new business via calls, meetings, site visits.
• Conduct client engagements and market visits domestically and internationally.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, manage opportunities from enquiry to conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Events, F&B, Reservations, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Monitor trends and share insights for strategy.
• Represent Cambridge House at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline and forecasts.
• Deliver exceptional client service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
