Job summary

FWA Consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management Project Manager to lead IBM Maximo cloud migration workstreams for a major UK utilities programme. You will govern planning, risk, and delivery across business and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition to a cloud-based platform.

The role focuses on minimizing disruption to critical services, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering milestones on time for a 12-month contract starting August 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IBM Maximo or Enterprise Asset Management projects.
• Experience delivering cloud migration programmes.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of EAM and Maximo migration workstreams.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical, infrastructure, data, and testing teams.
• Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure programme milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Coordinate cloud migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide regular reporting to programme leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Support change management and business readiness activities.
