Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Maximo MAS specialist to lead functional design, configuration, and delivery across enterprise assets and maintenance programs. You will bridge Solution Architecture and delivery teams, driving design feasibility and governance.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on Maximo configuration experience. You will spend time onsite with clients, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions while minimising customization and technical debt.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IBM Maximo MAS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of EAM processes (asset, work, maintenance, inventory).
• Hands-on Maximo configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into detailed functional designs.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and configure Maximo modules.
• Own delivery across design, build, test, deployment.
• Coordinate functional consultants and configuration teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, solution validation.
• Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and designs.
• Act as interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure governance, design standards, and documentation.
• Maintain requirements traceability and configuration integrity.
