Zusammenfassung

Accenture is seeking an AI-led Maximo Functional Lead / SME to guide design, configuration, and delivery of MAS implementations across enterprise assets. The role emphasizes AI-enabled accelerators, governance, and measurable business outcomes within complex environments.

The candidate will collaborate with architects, data engineers, and delivery teams to industrialise AI-enabled delivery practices, develop reusable assets, and ensure scalable, secure solutions while traveling to client sites

Qualifikationen

Lead functional design translating requirements into detailed designs.
Own fit-gap analysis and configure Maximo modules to best practice.
Define asset structures, workflows, and maintenance strategies.
Apply AI-assisted analysis to accelerate design and documentation.

Aufgaben

Own functional delivery across design, build, test, and deployment.
Create and maintain reusable AI-enabled delivery assets and IP.
Lead and coordinate functional consultants and configuration teams.
Support automated testing and defect resolution.
Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and designs.
Act as interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Ensure adherence to standards and traceability.
