The post holder will effective and safe services which support the key elements of clinical governance and focus on leading the clinical teams to introduce ways of continuous improvement in the quality of their services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence will flourish.

You Will Be Able To Demonstrate

• The candidate will have a high level knowledge of CQC requirements and have a philosophy of the 6 C’s of care.
• Active participation will be required in the training and education of learners allocated to the Mental Health Service, and to encourage integration between the Ward Team and Crisis Services.
• The successful candidate will deliver the highest quality care for patients with acute mental health issues; with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintain EPUT’s excellent customer care.
