Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Maths Tutor to deliver Level 2 Maths to army apprentices at Lyneham, Wiltshire, on a full-time permanent basis. The role focuses on high-quality teaching, safeguarding, and supporting learners to achieve essential qualifications for national defence.

Based onsite with 37 hours per week, the role offers a generous benefits package and career development opportunities within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Maths at Level 2.
• Strong safeguarding responsibilities.
• Desirable CERT in Education & Training (or equivalent).
• GCSE Maths and English (C/4-9 or equivalent).
• A-Level Maths (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face Level 2 Maths courses to cohorts of up to 16 learners.
• Provide coaching, feedback and guidance to support learner progress and assessments.
• Carry out invigilation, assessments and maintain learner records in line with awarding body/ESFA standards.
• Collaborate with quality, compliance and delivery teams to meet programme standards.
• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to diverse learner needs, including SPLDs and neurodiverse requirements.
