Job summary

FIND are recruiting a Maths Tutor for a global FTSE 100 organisation to deliver Level 2 Maths to army apprentices at Lyneham, Wiltshire. This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality tuition that supports qualifications and operational readiness.

You will teach algebra, trigonometry, and calculus to groups of up to 16 learners, provide feedback, maintain records, and collaborate with quality and delivery teams to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Maths at Level 2.
• Strong safeguarding responsibilities.
• GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above / grade 4-9 or equivalent).
• A-Level Maths (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face Level 2 Maths courses, including algebra, trigonometry, and calculus, to cohorts of up to 16 learners.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to support learner progress and assessment readiness.
• Carry out invigilation, assessments and maintain accurate learner records in line with awarding body and ESFA standards.
• Collaborate with quality, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure programme standards are met.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to diverse learner needs, including SPLDs and neurodiverse requirements.
