We are currently seeking a highly motivated Maths Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Greenwich on an ASAP start.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Mathematics department, supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist pupils with their mathematical understanding and help them develop confidence and independence in the subject.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related Mathematics-based subject is essential.
• Strong academic background in Mathematics.

• Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and patiently.
• Professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
