Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a High School Maths Teacher in Warrington to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will assess and track pupil progress, supporting learners to reach their GCSE goals while adhering to safeguarding policies.

QTS/QTLS with a maths degree is required; DBS Update Service is preferred or ready to obtain one. The role offers flexible hours within secondary schools in Warrington and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK KS3 and KS4 Maths Curriculum
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Teach clear, engaging maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
• Grade work, track progress and provide targeted pupil support
• Prepare Year 11 pupils for GCSE Mathematics examinations
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom and uphold safeguarding policies
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and run maths clubs

Requirements:
