Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a nurture Maths Teacher with QTS for a long-term position through to the end of the academic year, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

You will teach across KS3/KS4 and KS5, preparing students for GCSEs while delivering high-quality lessons and following the school’s schemes of learning. DBS clearance and safeguarding responsibilities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• QTS with Maths specialism (ECTs welcome)
• Experience teaching Maths up to KS4/KS5
• Excellent classroom management

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths across KS3/KS4 and KS5, including GCSE preparation
• Follow schemes of learning and support student progress
• Contribute to safeguarding and DBS compliance
