Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd is recruiting a Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools in the St Helens area. The role is full time and the teacher will take over the class and deliver engaging lessons while upholding high behaviour standards.

The successful candidate may be an ECT or a Qualified Maths Teacher and must hold QTS (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., BA Hons), have the right to work in the UK, DBS with Update Service, and provide two references. Salary is £170–£230 per day depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., BA Hons)
• Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency
• Experience of working with children
• Previous Maths teaching experience
• Experience delivering engaging lessons in Mathematics
• Two references covering the last 2 years
• Hold a current DBS registered with the update service or willing to apply for a new one

Responsibilities

• Take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching in Maths
• Deliver engaging lessons and manage behaviour to align with school policies
• Work in secondary schools within the St Helens area on a full-time basis
