Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd is seeking a Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools in the St Helens area. The role is full-time and involves taking over classes and delivering engaging Maths lessons to pupils.

The ideal candidate may be an ECT or a qualified Maths teacher with strong behaviour management and adherence to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable and DBS clearance or renewal is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
• Eligibility to work in the UK or UK resident
• Two references covering the last 2 years
• DBS check current or willing to apply for a new one
• Experience delivering Maths lessons in secondary education

Maths Teacher Required

Salary/Rate: £170 - £230 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools in the St Helens area. The role will be on a full time basis. They are looking for a Maths Teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Maths Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this Maths Teacher role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons


• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident


• Have previous experience of working with children


• Previous Maths teaching experience


• Experience of delivering engaging lessons in the Mathematics curriculum


• Two references working with children covering the last 2 years


• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
