Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a qualified Maths Teacher to work on a temporary basis across Mid Essex secondary schools starting in September. You will deliver engaging Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, maintain strong classroom management, and adapt to different school environments while helping students reach their potential.

Ideal candidates hold QTS with Maths, have experience teaching Maths to KS4, and bring excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• QTS with a Maths specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Experience teaching Maths up to Key Stage 4.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and achievement.

About the role

TeacherActive are proud to be recruiting for experienced qualified Maths Teachers as well as Early Career Teachers to work across various mainstream Secondary Schools throughout Mid Essex. We have partnered with a number of local schools, giving our Maths Teachers access to a range of temporary opportunities while providing ongoing support from our experienced education consultants.

We are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to work on a temporary basis from September. The successful Maths Teacher will deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintain excellent classroom management and adapt confidently to different school environments while supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
