Maths Teacher Needed in London!

Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit a dedicated Math Teacher for a Further Education establishment in London. This would be a full time position, starting immediately.

The ideal candidate would be someone that is hardworking and is keen on producing excellent results. If this sounds like you, this position would be extremely ideal!

Job Specification:

1. Location: London
2. Job Title: Maths Teacher
3. Contract: Term to Perm
4. Full/Part Time: Full Time
5. Rate: £20 - £35 per hour
6. Hours: 8:30am – 4pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the planning of learning activities.
2. Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support students to achieve learning goals.
3. Monitor students’ responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress as directed.
4. Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on student achievement, progress, problems etc.
5. Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy.
6. Create and maintain a purposeful, structured and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of students’ work.
