Outwood Academy Foxhills in Scunthorpe is seeking a Teacher of Maths (Temporary Maternity Cover). You will deliver high-quality maths teaching, using a range of strategies to raise achievement and ensure student progress.

Salary (Actual Salary): £ 34,069 - 52,835

About the Department:

The mathematics department is led by a dedicated Head of Department and a Second in Department, who together guide a tight-knit team of five teaching staff. Renowned for their warm, helpful and supportive approach toward one another, the team operates with a true spirit of collaboration and shared purpose. Their collective efforts have culminated in the establishment of a robust, highly consistent teaching methodology across all key stages, laying a firm foundation for student success. This united approach saw great results in 2026,achieving 70.9% pass rate at grade 4 or above (4+) and 57.4% at grade 5 or above (5+).
