Here at Principal Resourcing, we are currently seeking to appoint an adaptive and organised Maths Teacher to join the staff team with immediate start at one of our partnership Secondary Academies, based in Harrogate, HG2 . The full-time position will provide ongoing cover for one month initially, although this may be extended to meet the needs of the department.

The Grammar School caters for pupils aged 11-18 within supportive surroundings and aims to provide a positive and inclusive environment for learning. They are seeking a confident and engaging Maths Teacher to support the department on a full-time basis, however part-time applications may be considered for the right candidate. You will predominantly be responsible for delivering KS3 Maths, with the possibility of some KS4 cover.

We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, we offer competitive rates of pay up to £230 per day depending on experience.

We are seeking a Maths Teacher with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
  • Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
