Are you a Qualified Maths Teacher looking for a new role? Hays Education are supporting a secondary in seeking a highly motivated and Qualified Maths Teacher to join their team. This position is located near Gateshead. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths to KS3-4 students and will be expected to deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.

Start: September 2024 / January 2025 considered.

Your new role

- Plan, prepare and deliver Maths lessons to KS3-4 students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Participate in school events and extra-curricular activities as required
