Duties as a Maths Teacher:

• Teach mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and differentiated lessons that inspire a love for maths.

• Track and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching and intervention.

• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities such as maths clubs or competitions.

• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic expectations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share good practice and support student achievement.

Ideal Maths Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A strong subject knowledge and passion for mathematics.

• Experience teaching maths at secondary level.

• A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all pupils.

• Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills as a Maths Teacher.

• A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.
