Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher for a long-term opportunity at a local secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea, starting in January 2027. This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, offering a chance to contribute to students' progress in mathematics.

The successful candidate will hold QTS or an equivalent qualification, possess strong subject knowledge, and demonstrate effective classroom management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification accepted for the role.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach mathematics confidently.
• Experience teaching secondary school students, ideally across the relevant Key Stages.
• Effective classroom management and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong communication, organisation and planning skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting students' welfare.
