This school is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator who is passionate about mathematics and committed to helping students develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Maths Teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Teach mathematics across Key Stage [Insert Key Stage(s)], ensuring high standards of learning and progress.
3. Use a variety of teaching methods, including practical applications and technology, to engage students.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
5. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the maths curriculum and share best teaching practices.
7. Support extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs, competitions, or enrichment programs.

Ideal Maths Teacher:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
3. Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.
4. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
5. A commitment to high standards of teaching and supporting students’ development.
6. The ability to inspire students and make maths accessible and enjoyable.
