This school is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Maths Teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Teach mathematics across Key Stage [Insert Key Stage(s)], ensuring high standards of learning and progress
3. Use a variety of teaching methods, including practical applications and technology, to engage students
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential
5. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the maths curriculum and share best teaching practices
7. Support extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs, competitions, or enrichment programs

Ideal Maths Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics
• Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Maths Teacher
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and supporting students’ development
• The ability to inspire students and make maths accessible and enjoyable
