Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust seeks an exceptional maths leader to serve as School Standards and Improvement Partner (SSIP). You will influence maths curriculum provision, standards, and outcomes across the Outwood Grange family of schools in the North West region, delivering system-wide improvements.

You will work with senior leadership to shape a challenging maths curriculum, develop teachers, and raise student outcomes, while maintaining strong behavioural and teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership in maths with proven impact on standards.
• Deep subject knowledge and pedagogical expertise in maths.
• Evidence-based practice and capacity to drive system-wide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maths departments across OGAT academies to raise standards.
• Analyse subject performance data to inform targeted improvements.
• Mentor and coach teachers and leaders; drive CPD and collaborative practice.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and contribute to the wider curriculum strategy.
