Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust - North West is seeking a high-impact leader to become a School Standards and Improvement Partner (SSIP) for Maths. This permanent, full-time role (L13-17) from January 2027 will span multiple academies within the North West, driving maths standards, curriculum design and student outcomes.

You will work with senior teams to raise attainment, shape a challenging maths curriculum, and share best practice across the trust, supporting teachers and leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven track record of raising standards in maths.
• Experience leading curriculum development across multiple schools.
• Strong data analysis and QA capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maths departments across OGAT academies.
• Drive teaching quality, curriculum alignment, and assessment.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic plans.
