Job summary

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking an exceptional mathematic leader to drive maths curriculum provision, standards and outcomes across its family of schools. The role sits in the Maths School Improvement Team and demands a proven track record in raising standards and improving outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and subject teams, shape a challenging curriculum, and lead and develop maths departments across OGAT.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Development: act as a system and subject leader for maths teams.
• Quality Assurance and Data Management: use data to drive targeted improvements and support QA.
• CPD and Community Growth: lead professional development and share best practices across schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maths departments across OGAT to shape a challenging curriculum and pedagogy.
• Drive improvement in teaching, learning, and standards through mentoring and coaching across academies.
• Develop data reporting and QA processes to support self-evaluation and OFSTED readiness across the Trust.
