What you'll be doing...
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons across GCSE (9-1) and Functional Skills programmes to a varied group of learners at different stages of their education.
  • Track, assess and record learner progress, providing the data and returns needed to support course management and learner achievement.
  • Collaborate with your department team to develop, review and evaluate the maths curriculum, keeping course content relevant and impactful.
  • Embed employability skills, including literacy, numeracy and IT, meaningfully into your lessons, giving learners practical tools for the workplace.
  • Represent the department at Open Evenings and Parents' Evenings to support learner recruitment and strengthen relationships with prospective students.
What you need to bring...
  • A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
