Person Specification:

• Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher must have a 2:1 or higher in Mathematics or STEM-related degree.
• Hold a strong desire or interest in becoming a teacher in the future.
• A passion for Physics and sharing that enthusiasm with younger learners.
• Experience tutoring or mentoring is desired but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the drive to build confidence in the classroom.
• Confident character with natural enthusiasm and an engaging personality.
