Qualifications

• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Resilience, empathy and professionalism.
• Previous experience working with young people desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Delivering targeted maths interventions.
• Helping students develop confidence in numeracy and problem-solving.
• Supporting pupils with SEND, ASC, ADHD and SEMH needs.
• Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons.
• Working alongside teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals.
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional resilience.
• Helping students overcome barriers to learning.
• Supporting students to achieve their academic potential.
