Explore Learning Ltd. is seeking tutors for an on-site role in Ruislip to support children aged 4–16 with the national curriculum and exam preparation. The role is part-time, with a minimum 6 hours per week across at least two weekdays, and a base pay structure that increases with hours tutored.

You will deliver sessions using Compass, build strong relationships with learners, and contribute to their confidence and love of learning in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Can lead sessions with small groups (1:6) and manage behaviour.
• Able to support ages 4–16 across the national curriculum, including 11+ and GCSE content.
• Committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships and safeguarding commitments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering lessons that last using Compass to tailor sessions.
• Building meaningful relationships in a safe, inspiring learning environment.
