Job summary

Explore Learning Bracknell is seeking an enthusiastic Maths and English Tutor to empower children aged 4–16 at our Bracknell centre. This on-site, part-time role offers structured sessions, using Compass to tailor lessons and track progress, and a supportive team environment.

You will help learners build confidence, develop study skills, and carry out activities aligned with the national curriculum and entrance exam preparation. This is a year-round role with regular weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• This role requires applicants to be 16+ and eligible to work in the UK.
• Must have achieved a grade 6 or above in Maths & English at GCSE (predicted acceptable).
• Ability to deliver sessions in a 16-student group setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored lessons using Compass and supporting materials.
• Build relationships and create a safe, inspiring environment for learners.
• Support progression through national curriculum and exams (11+, GCSE).
