Job summary

USP College is seeking a Curriculum Manager - Maths to lead curriculum strategy, quality and improvement across campuses. You will ensure programmes are relevant, aligned to employer needs, and designed for progression to higher education or employment.

You’ll work with maths curriculum teams, employers and delivery partners to drive standards, assessment, and learner outcomes, while modelling inclusive, learner-centred practice across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven curriculum leadership with QA and improvement.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and outcomes.
• Experience working with external stakeholders—employers or progression providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum strategy and quality across cross-campus delivery.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to ensure engaging teaching and robust assessment.
• Build links with partners to keep programmes current and career-led.
• Analyse learner performance to drive improvements in outcomes.
• Plan resources and ensure compliance and governance requirements.
