Job Location and Salary

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Maths and English to students of varying ages and abilities
2. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
3. Develop tailored learning materials and resources
4. Monitor and track student performance to ensure academic growth
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Mathematics or English

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
• Effective classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching

Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
