TeacherActive is seeking an experienced Maths and English Tutor to work with a learner at home in Southam. You will plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual needs, building confidence in both subjects.

This long-term role offers around 15 hours of tuition per week, with progression tracking, regular feedback, and a supportive onboarding process through TeacherActive's consultant team.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching, tutoring or education qualifications.
• Experience delivering Maths and English tuition.
• Experience planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs.

Salary: £30 - £35 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a learner based in their home in Southam who requires dedicated Maths and English tuition. This is an opportunity to provide focused support in a familiar environment, helping the learner to build confidence and make progress in their education.

The successful Maths and English Tutor will work on a long-term basis, currently providing 15 hours of tuition per week. The Maths and English Tutor will be expected to plan and deliver appropriate sessions, adapt learning to the individual learner and monitor their progress across both subjects.

The successful Maths and English Tutor will have:

• Relevant teaching, tutoring or education qualifications
• Experience delivering Maths and English tuition
• Experience planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, flexible and supportive approach
• The ability to engage and motivate learners
