Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Maths and English Tutor to deliver personalised tuition at a learner's home in Southam, with an immediate start and long-term engagement. The role supports ongoing learning through planned sessions and progress monitoring across both subjects.

Hours are around 15 per week, paid at £30-£35 per hour. Onboarding is supported by a dedicated consultant team and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching, tutoring or education qualifications.
• Experience delivering Maths and English tuition.
• Experience planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A patient, flexible and supportive approach.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver appropriate sessions for Maths and English.
