Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in the Liverpool area. A successful applicant will have a teaching qualification with QTS and proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.

The role is temporary with long-term potential, full-time hours (8:00am - 4:00pm). You will deliver engaging Maths lessons, develop creative schemes of work, assess progress, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student achievement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training (desirable; training can be provided).
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service, or willingness to apply for a new one.
• Ability to provide two professional references.

Secondary Mathematics Teacher

Location: Liverpool

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Temporary, Long Term
