NHS Scotland’s Health Centre in Kirkcudbright is seeking a locum GP to join our friendly team with an immediate start date. The post covers 6 sessions per week for 6 months to cover maternity leave; a permanent post may arise afterwards.

We are based across two Health Board sites, in Kirkcudbright and Gatehouse of Fleet, with 4 GP partners. We welcome experienced and newly qualified GPs and value a supportive network that includes a Salaried GP, ANP, nursing and admin teams, plus MSK

We are looking for a locum doctor to join our friendly team with an immediate start date available. This is for 6 sessions per week (negotiable) for a 6-month period to cover maternity leave. A permanent post may arise following this maternity cover. We are currently 4 partners working in 2 Health Board sites, Kirkcudbright and Gatehouse of Fleet.

• Practice list size 6450
• 4 supportive and flexible GP Partners
• Medical student, FY2 training and a GP training practice
• Highly valued and supportive Salaried GP, ANP, nursing and admin teams
• Supportive MSK Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, CTAC, Pharmacy team and Practice Mental Health Nurses
