Qualifications

• Dental receptionist background or front-of-house experience.
• Capable under pressure with calm, professional approach.
• Strong computer skills required.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries.
• Maintain front desk organisation and records.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Liaise with staff, residents, families and external professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies.
• Support team with administrative tasks.
• Prioritise workload during busy periods.
