Dentalcare Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Dental Receptionist to cover maternity at Dentalcare Oxford Orthodontics. This mixed NHS/Private practice values patient care and professional service, with a friendly team and modern facilities.

The role offers 36.5 hours per week, training on our systems, guaranteed support, and up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays. Immediate start with generous progression opportunities within a recognised Investors in People company.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental reception or front-of-house roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle calls and enquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Proficiency with computer systems and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to enquiries.
• Manage front desk and keep reception area organized.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration.
• Receive deliveries and liaise with staff and external professionals.
