Are you a motivated individual with strong administration and organisational skills? Are you ready to facilitate, support, and coordinate a range of quality and compliance initiatives across Maternity and Neonatal services? We're excited to announce a full-time position as the Maternity and Neonatal Quality and Compliance Support Officer. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clinical, operational, and governance colleagues, as well as the broader health system, to drive positive change for women and birthing people at Whipps Cross Hospital. Your focus will be on collecting and coordinating evidence to assure us and our regulators that we are meeting the expected quality standards.
Previous experience working in a Maternity service is advantageous but not essential.

The post-holder is a key member of the Maternity and Neonatal Team, supporting the business and governance of quality and compliance. They will help the multi-disciplinary team to deliver and provide evidence-based assurance of compliance with regulatory standards.
