Job summary

Proactive Global in Windsor is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the materials and warehouse team. You will receive components, ensure on-time delivery to assembly lines, and perform picking, kitting, and packing for dispatch.

The role requires computer-based record-keeping and stock management, with a focus on safety and efficiency through 5S and best-practice logistics. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, picking and packing, and be proficient with stock systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods into the warehouse and locate products using the stock management system.
• Ensure timely supply of materials to production lines, collaborating with purchasing and quality teams to identify potential shortages.
• Maintain stock accuracy through the stock management and Kanban systems.
• Kit, pack, and label shipments for dispatch to customers using the stock management system.
