Advanced Insulation Systems Ltd (AIS) is seeking a Materials Science Manager to lead the Materials Technologist team, providing technical leadership, coaching and performance management.

You will develop and implement materials technology strategies that support business objectives, innovation and operational performance, and provide expert guidance on materials, processes and applications across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in materials science or related technical field.
• Experience guiding teams and delivering technical projects on time.
• Expertise in polymers, composites, elastomers or similar materials.
• Strong testing, qualification and failure analysis capabilities.
