Job summary

Morgan Ryder Associates Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Planning & Materials Manager to lead the Planning and Materials teams in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

You will drive the S&OP process, balance demand, capacity and material availability, and deliver robust production plans to optimise service levels. Strong leadership, ERP experience (Oracle or SAP), advanced Excel and a continuous improvement mindset with Lean manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven S&OP, Supply Chain Planning or Materials Planning experience within FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
• A continuous improvement mindset with Lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities
