Job summary

Willerby Ltd. is seeking a Material Planner to ensure material requirements are managed effectively for our manufacturing needs at the Hull site. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and develop ordering and delivery strategies to support production.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock, and maintaining relationships across the supply chain. Ideal candidates have prior material planning experience, strong IT literacy, and hands-on ERP/MRP system usage.

Qualifications

• Experience from a material planning role in a fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Effective communication with a range of stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material schedules are issued to the supply chain within agreed lead times.
• Coordinate materials delivery against supplier schedules and release flow within manufacturing.
