Job summary

Lampton Services is seeking a proactive Stores/Delivery Coordinator to ensure Kitchens and Bathrooms supplies are dispatched accurately and on time. You will work across departments and depots, coordinating deliveries, stock checks, and supplier liaison to maximise efficiency and value for money.

You'll need strong IT skills, a full UK driving licence, and a solid understanding of health and safety. The role requires collaboration with planners and supervisors to meet KPI targets and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating deliveries and stock across depots.
• Ability to work with suppliers and resolve discrepancies.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations.
• Excellent IT skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deliveries during peak times.
• Verify deliveries are accurate against orders and survey details.
• Prepare materials for delivery to customers’ homes in line with orders.
• Manage van stock and assist with stock audits.
• Record discrepancies and liaise with planners on costs and stock.
• Maintain stores across depots, ensuring cleanliness and security.
• Follow health and safety policies and company procedures.
