HCA UK is seeking a Materials Loan Kit Coordinator to join the London Bridge Hospital Supply Chain team. The role covers end-to-end management of surgical loan kits, including booking, receipt, reconciliation and return, to ensure timely delivery for procedures.

We're looking for a Materials Loan Kit Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based at London Bridge Hospital. This team plays a critical role in supporting surgical services by managing the end-to-end loan kit process for theatre procedures. Loan kits provide essential prostheses, instruments and consumables required for patient surgeries, ensuring clinical teams have access to specialist equipment exactly when it is needed. Working closely with Theatres, Sterile Services, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and external suppliers, the team helps maintain the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
As a Loan Kit Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of surgical loan kits, from booking and ordering through to receipt, reconciliation and return. You'll work with theatre teams to ensure the correct kits are available for upcoming procedures, investigate discrepancies, manage supplier relationships and support the accurate processing of documentation and purchase orders.
