Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Material Handler - Level 5 to manage and move materials, support production schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy to meet customer demand.

You will receive and store materials, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate across departments to resolve material issues while following safety and COSHH guidelines. SAP and MS Office experience is valued; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling and inventory control.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Able to work independently and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Comply with health, safety, environmental, and COSHH requirements while working per established processes and procedures.
• Conduct activities in accordance with company procedures and standard work practices, ensuring standardization across the team.
• Identify and implement improvements within the workflow and participate in Tier/Team meetings for collaboration.
• Drive resolution as a point of escalation for the team and participate in preventing, correcting, and reporting unsafe conditions, updating risk assessments as needed.
• Manage inventory, including PI checking and COGI management, while ensuring coverage during holidays and other absences.
• Maintain communication of training and skills matrix and produce and maintain SOS documentation.
