Job summary

Forged Solutions Group in Blaenavon, Wales is seeking a Stores/Materials Handler to manage the arrival of raw materials, unload and store them, and register goods on arrival. You will run the book-in/book-out system and keep the area tidy and safe.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, plus computer literacy. A valid FLT license is preferred, with involvement in stock counts and despatch preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Computer literate.
• Experience of driving FLT.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrival of raw material on site, unloading and moving into storage.
• Carrying out material checks, securing correct labeling and GRN’d stock.
• Receiving and booking in all goods arriving on site and informing personnel via email/phone.
• Implement and maintain book in/out system and ensure safe storage.
