Manpower UK is seeking a Materials Controller for a 12-month maternity cover in Stowmarket. The role is site-based, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of up to £23.99 per hour.

The successful candidate will manage the annual external warehouse and transport budget (approx. £650K), monitor costs, and generate regular reports. Strong numeracy, budget monitoring, and SAP experience are essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Previous warehousing environment experience.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management and stock control.

Aufgaben

• Create yearly external warehouse and transport budget (approx. £650K).
• Monitor warehouse cost forecast and plan actions to stay on budget.
• Conduct monthly external warehouse financial and KPI reviews.
• Update finance tracker from weekly invoices; review costs and stock balance.
• Review external warehouse KPI and stock reports and provide insights.
• Process external warehouse invoices for PO creation and payments.
• Coordinate external warehouse ASN reviews with stakeholders.
• Support ROCK quarterly cycle count reporting and governance.
• Maintain material data in ERP (SAP) and align with production schedule.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers and procurement to ensure smooth deliveries.
