Prevent stock issues: identify potential stock problems, investigate root causes, report clearly, and drive solutions. Continuous improvement: constantly assess and review departmental requirements, looking for smarter ways to improve accuracy, service levels and efficiency. Daily/weekly evaluation: review yields and maintain stock count accuracy to ensure the ordering system stays live and correct. System accuracy: enter and maintain data in the online systems to keep records live, accurate and audit-ready.
